Charlotte Hope Edwards Johnson
Charlotte Hope Edwards Johnson, 90 of Roanoke Rapids, NC left her earthly home and went to be with The Lord Jesus Christ on May 27, 2019.
Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her husbands, Samuel Arthur Dickens, Sr. and Carl Ray Johnson and her son Samuel Arthur Dickens, Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Winstead and her husband, Charles of the home, Barbara Dalagarze and her husband, Nick of Chesapeake, VA, Gail Davenport and her husband Hal of Crestwell, NC, Diane Corville and her husband, Dave of Norco, LA, and Robin Sangster and her husband, Robert of Texas and her son, Alan Dickens of Chesapeake, VA; her twelve grandchildren and her eleven great-grandchildren and her thirteen great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 2pm at Calvary Baptist Church in Roanoke Rapids, NC with Rev. Randy Martin officiating.
Interment will follow in Crestview Memorial Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids, NC.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1pm until 2pm at the church.
